Kakomando est le leader d'un groupe d'enfants espiègles parcourant les rues de New Town.
Pour terminer leur cabane en haut de la vieille colline minière, le petit commandant doit prendre un grand risque pour récupérer l'élément manquant à la réalisation de leur rêve.
